SHIPPING

kind human. offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99

A flat rate delivery fee of $6 applies to all orders under $99

Rural delivery fee is $8 for all orders under $99

You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days with standard courier, or up to 5 working days for rural areas. 

Local Delivery applies to orders being delivered in Christchurch. A flat fee of $4.50 applies. You can expect to receive your order within 24-48 hours.

PACKAGING

All orders are shipped using Better Packaging's fully Compostable Mailers. Please ensure the seal and any labels are removed prior to adding into compost.

Larger items are shipped using Better Packaging's POLLAST!C Poly Mailers. Please re-use and at end of life, recycle with soft plastics where locally available 

SIZES

We are currently offering a size range of XS - XXL, please refer to the sizing charts located on the product pages to find your perfect fit! Rest assured - we offer a 14 day return & exchange policy on items that are unworn and in their original packaging.
