Returns and Exchanges

All full priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving. Refunds do not apply to sale items, however a store credit will be provided for an alternative size or item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by kind human. will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that you ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

The following will not be refunded:

  • Worn, Washed, Altered items
  • Sale items
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • Marked items - e.g. makeup 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
